  Chef Ashokaraja is a qualified Hospitality professional with international work experience spanning close to three decades. After having completed the Master's in Hotel Management and Catering Technology, he started the career with Chola Sheraton &  Park Sheraton,then worked with the Major Cruise Line group in U.S.A for more than four years in the Food production department and after that Managing a Multi cuisine Restaurant & Banquets at Chicago, U.S.A .
